Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting device which can improve the casting speed and obtain a large-sized casting alloy at the time of casting the alloy having single crystal structure and columnar crystal structure, a casting method and a turbine blade cast with the casting method.
SOLUTION: The casting device is provided with a vessel 2 which is set with a mold M and can incorporate liquid metal LM for cooling, a heating means 6 for heating the outer periphery of the mold M to a prescribed temp., shifting means for shifting the heating means 6 in the vertical upper direction to the mold M and a cooling means for supplying the liquid metal M for cooling in the vessel 2 so that the liquid surface level rises higher as shifting the heating means 6 in the vertical upper direction and cooling the outer periphery of the mold M heated with the heating means 6 while immersing it into the liquid metal LM for cooling.
