Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting device capable of reducing a cycle time upon casting.SOLUTION: Provided is a casting device 1 comprising a carrier device 10 in which a core 80 is carried and mounted on a lower die 55, and further, receives and carriers a cast part 30 subjected to casting. The carrier device 10 includes: a supporting part 12; a robot arm 11; a core grasping mechanism 17 provided at the lower side of the supporting part 12; and a cast part receiving part 14 provided at the upper side of the supporting part 12. The carrier device 10 moves the core grasping mechanism 17 grasping the core 80 to the upper side of the lower die 55 using the robot arm 11, thereafter places the core 80 on the lower die 55, moves the cast part receiving part 14 to the lower side of the upper die 58 using the robot arm 11, and subsequently receives the cast part 30 held to the upper die 58 using the cast part receiving part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9E
