Abstract:
To provide a casting device, even if the shot number of casting is increased, capable of performing the correction of pressure without being influenced thereby.SOLUTION: A casting device 3 comprises: a holding furnace 10 holding a molten metal M fed into a cavity 24 of a casting mold via a stroke 15; a differential pressure generation source 30 generating differential pressure between the internal space of the holding furnace 10 held with the molten metal M and the cavity 24; a measuring apparatus 46 measuring the weight of a cast product between successive casting shots; and a control part 50 correcting the differential pressure by the differential pressure generation source 30 in accordance with the depression quantity ΔLn of the molten metal surface of the molten metal in the successive casting shots obtained based on the weight of the cast product measured with the measuring apparatus 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
