Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a casting device in such a manner that pouring to sand molds may be carried out in an upright type or horizontal type or an arbitrary state at a slight casting cost, that the casting device is integrated with an existing transporting path as well and that the pouring to casting molds placed on a transporting truck and carried by the same may be carried out in an arbitrary state.
SOLUTION: The casting device 30 having a pouring machine 1 for a casting plant for assembling to the transporting path for transporting the sand molds 2 and 3 in a state ready for casting has a housing section 7 for the molds 2 and 3 and clamping devices 10, 11 and 12 for positioning the molds 2 and 3 in the casting device 30. The housing section 7 and the clamping device 10 and 11 are arranged oscillatably at least at 90° within the casting device 30 in such a manner that a pouring port 18 of the pouring machine 1 can come into contact with a sprue 5 of the molds 2 and 3.
