Further, a d/t of the sum (d) of the thicknesses of the chill layers 2a, 2b and the total thickness (t), is 0.15d/t0.20, and a Hvc/Hvs of the hardness Hvc of the core part and the hardness Hvs of the surface part is 0.7Hvc/Hvs.
