Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a casting method of 13 Cr steel alloy casting having high corrosion fatigue strength hard, to generate entrapment of a coating and nonmetallic inclusion.

CONSTITUTION: In a molten metal 9 of 13 Cr steel containing 10-17wt.% Cr, a cooling mold 1 having an up and down piercing hole mold 2 is immersed such that its upper opening positions above a molten metal surface. And the solidified layer 13 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the hole mold 2 is continuously pulled up from the upper opening of the hole mold 2, casting a cylindrical casting 14.
