PURPOSE: To reduce the cost by pulling out a core at the time of taking out and carrying a product from an opened mold at the specific timing after forcedly pouring the molten metal.
CONSTITUTION: A core removal mechanism 40 is arranged on a frame table 12S of a fixed plate 12. An actuator 44 turning a core chuck 42 for holding a core print part (nh) of the core (n) protruded outside the product W is arranged on this frame table. Then, a time required for solidifying the part the molten metal forcedly poured into a cavity ion contact with the core (n) is made to be T1. When a time T2 longer than the time T1 by a prescribed time is taken, a resin whose strength is enough for keeping the shape precision at the time T2 and having mutual bonding strength capable of pulling out the other end of the core by pulling out one end during a period from the time T1 to the time T2 while the molten metal can be plastically deformed is selected for the core. At the time of taking out the product W from the opened mold and carrying it, the core (n) is pulled out at the timing of the time T1 to T2 after forcedly pouring the molten metal. By this method, the time needed for the completion of the product can be shortened.
