PURPOSE: To automatically supply an ingot and to enable drying and preheating while utilizing exhausting heat by producing discoid ingots and incorporating them into a loop-like stocker.

CONSTITUTION: By remelting returning materials, the discoid ingot A is produced. These discoid ingots A are concentrically supplied into the loop-like stocker 14. By opening/closing a stopper 14 in the stocker 14, the ingots A are automatically rotated and dropped and can be automatically supplied. Since the stocker 14 is set on the function surface, by utilizing the heat radiation of a furnace, the drying and the preheating can be implemented, and the energy consumption is saved.
