Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase considerably the number of use by using a riser flask made of silicon nitride having specific heat conductivity and deflection strength.
CONSTITUTION: The riser flask made of the silicon nitride having ≤12kcal/mh°C heat conductivity and ≥3kg/mm2 deflection strength is used as the riser flask 2 for a metallic mold 4 and casting is executed. The number of use is thus considerably increased without the blowholes and pinholes of a nonferrous metal.
