Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance productivity and reduce production cost by a method wherein efficient manufacturing can be possible with simple interposing jigs in very narrow casting space.
CONSTITUTION: Form zones of a plurality of beams are disposed in an array at close intervals. Further, proper number of interposing jigs 6 are arranged at each interval part. In alternate form zones, precast concrete beams A are cast in advance. In the other alternate form zone, casting forms B to be performed next time are arranged so as to be supported through the interposing jigs by the previously cast precast concrete beams. After concrete is cast in the respective casting frames B are hardened, the respective interposing jigs are separated and the previously cast precast concrete beams are carried out. Next, in the alternate form zones, out of which the beams are carried, similarly precast concrete beams are cast and, at the same time, similarly the respective previously cast precast concrete beams are carried out. By repeating the procedure as mentioned above, casting are alternately performed in alternate form zones and the resultant beams are carried out.
