To provide a casting method which does not need nay model, any excessive work such as reversal and extraction, and any calculation of errors including the draft angle at the designing stage, and wherein any operator can perform any work easily.

A solidification agent is added to and is mixed with one of sand, sand-like particles and sphered granules, or the mixture of two optionally selected of them or the mixture of all of them. After hardening the mixture is shaped into a mold by sinking. The mold is covered with a cope having a sprue from which molten metal is poured. A core is formed by adding and mixing the solidification agent into one of sand, sand-like particles and sphered granules or the mixture of two optionally selected of them or the mixture of all of them and by shaping the mixture after hardening. Then the core is set in the mold. Tools are used for the shaping, and for forming a gradient and a back draft.
