To cast a high viscosity material uniformly while holding a predetermined blending ratio by providing a vibrating mechanism for applying vibrations to the material to fluidize the material.
A trough 3 is connected to a vibrater 4, and a vibration is applied by the vibrater 4. Then, a mixed material dropped on the trough 3 from a stock liquid mixing mechanism 5 is fluidized by the vibration, the material becomes a liquid-like state to move on the trough 3. Then, the material is spread in a width direction on the trough 3, flows while making its thickness substantially uniform, and drops from an outlet 3a of an end of the trough 3 in a mold 2. Accordingly, the material can be cast in the mold 2 in the state that the material is in substantially the same width as that of the mold 2 and substantially near a predetermined thickness. As a result, an operation of uniformly smoothing the material in the mold 2 after the material is cast in the mold 2 is eliminated. The material cast in the mold 2 in the state near the predetermined thickness again loses flowability in the mold 2 and returns to a highly viscous state.
