To provide a mold coat drying device which effectively acts emitted microwaves on works and to shorten a cycle time.
This drying device has a drying furnace 26 has a transporting system 21 which transports the works 22 in the state of placing the works on pallets 23, a drying furnace 26 which is interposed in mid-way of the transporting system 21, has a work feeding port 27 on one side of the transporting direction, has a work take-out port 28 on the other side and dries the works 22 by irradiating the inside of the furnace with microwaves from a waveguide and a loading turntable device 29 which is interposed in mid-way of the transporting system 21 behind the work take-out port 28. The inside of the drying furnace 26 is provided with plural sets of clamping blocks 31 which attach and detach to and from each other along the axial direction of the pallets 23 and link mechanisms are disposed between both clamping blocks. The one clamping blocks 31 is provided with a cylinder device 37 which advance and retreats in the axial direction of the pallets 23.
