PURPOSE: To execute casting without using a lubricant and to lower a mold temp. by dividely disposing porous resin materials in the engraving parts of the casting mold and framing the peripheries of these resin materials with heat resistant materials, thereby integrating the materials.

CONSTITUTION: The engraving part 6 is formed of the porous resin material 1. A porous polytetrafluoroethylene resin is used as the porous resin material 1 which has vent pores of 10μmax. pore size. Several pieces of the engraving parts 6 are frame and integrated by the porous metals 2. The porous resins 1 have the better heat insulating characteristic than the heat insulating characteristics of metallic materials and ceramics material and, therefore, casting is possible even if the casting mold temp. is low. The adequate elasticity of the resins improves the adhesion at the time of mold closing and does not generate flashes. The deterioration by heat is averted by dividing the resin materials 1.
