Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the casting mold having patterns of fine ruggedness and the casting method for producing a casting having the patterns of the fine ruggedness on the surface by using the casting mold.
CONSTITUTION: A photoresist is applied on a substrate 1 and a mask 4 of the patterns corresponding to the rugged patterns to be formed on the casting is superposed thereon, through which the photoresist is exposed. The photoresist 3 is thereafter developed and is removed in correspondence to the patterns. The substrate is immersed into an etching soln. 5 and is etched, by which the casting mold 6 having the fine rugged patterns on the surface is obtd. The casting material is poured into the casting mold 6 and is thereby cast.
