Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting package member for improving weight reduction in a molding body, by further increasing the effective cross-sectional area with metal formed as molten metal in casting package casting.SOLUTION: A casting package member 11 has a mesh-like projection part 3 on a casting packing surface 11S, and the mesh-like projection part 3 has a linear part 1 and an assembly part 2 for merging at least two linear parts. A manufacturing method of a casting package member includes at least a process of applying a coating mold agent to a surface for flowing in molten metal of a casting mold, a process of forming a coating mold layer having a crack shape on a surface by drying the coated coating mold agent and a process of casting while rotating the casting mold by flowing in the molten metal from above the coating mold layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
