Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finely and evenly disperse minute particles to be mixed and improve heat resistance and toughness.
SOLUTION: A rubber particle 3 is entered and agitated with a high speed while a hardening agent 4 is agitated, and the hardening agent is immersed in the rubber particle in coagulated state. A silica particle is entered in this hardening agent and mixed by means of a mixer, and the rubber particle and the silica particle are dispersed. This mixed liquid is mixed with the silica particle in epoxy resin, and each particle is evenly distributed without increasing a viscosity by the mixing.
