Abstract:
To provide a device capable of efficiently dropping casting sand of a workpiece as a cast product.SOLUTION: A casting sand dropping device 1 comprises a device body 10 installed in a floor face. The device body 10 comprises: a workpiece table 50 to be mounted with a workpiece W; a mounting part 40 to be mounted with the workpiece table 50; an elevation hitting apparatus 30 vertically moving the workpiece table 50 to apply an impact; and a coil spring group 70 arranged at the upper part of the workpiece W mounted on the workpiece table 50 and made of plural coil springs 71 in which a vertical direction is made into a contraction direction. The workpiece table 50 comprises: vertically laminated plural substrate members 51; and a bolt 55 and a nut 56 holding the plural substrate members 51 in a vertical direction. Casting sand stuck to the workpiece W is dropped by being repeatedly hit by the elevation hitting apparatus 30 in an elevation state where the workpiece table 50 is elevated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
