To provide a housing case for a catalog file, in which the catalog file enabling to adorn as a desk stand and a catalog gift application postcard can be housed en bloc.

In this catalog file, a front cover, a back cover and catalog housing mounting papers put between the covers are bound up with ring-like binders under the condition that a transparent protective film piece is pasted on both the front surface and the rear surface of each catalog housing mounting paper so as to make the insertion of a catalog on the surfaces of the paper possible by opening the side part of the film piece. The back cover is folded double, and a ridge-folded part is formed at its bottom part in order to form a triangle with the back cover by unfolding the ridge-folded part. Thus, the file can be used as a self-supporting stand.
