Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrially suitable ammonia decomposition catalyst for manufacturing hydrogen by decomposing ammonia at relatively low temperature with using a catalyst without complicatedness in preparation or manufacturing the catalyst and capable of stably obtaining a raw material at low raw material cost and a manufacturing method of hydrogen using the catalyst.SOLUTION: There is provided an ammonia decomposition catalyst capable of being obtained by a reduction treatment of a mixture containing iron and at least one metal selected from a group consisting of Group 1 metals, Group 2 metals and Group 13 metals in a periodic table.SELECTED DRAWING: None
