Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coating layer excellent in heat resistance and surface smoothness and having suppressed heat deformation property by silane crosslinking.SOLUTION: A catalyst batch contains a silane graft polymer (A) by graft polymerizing a silane compound to a polymer (a) containing polyolefin in the presence of a free radical generator and a silanol condensation catalyst (B), the polymer (a) contains at least one of semicrystalline chlorinated polyethylene and liner low density polyethylene of 10 pts.mass to 70 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the polymer (a), the silane graft polymer (A) is manufactured by graft polymerization so that the silane compound is 1 pts.mass to 10 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the polymer (a) and a ratio of the silane compound to the free radical generator is 5 to 400, and the silanol condensation catalyst (B) is contained at 0.01 pts.mass to 1 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the polymer (a).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
