To provide a catalyst composition and a process for producing a rigid polyisocyanurate foam excellent in flame retardancy, adhesion strength and dimensional stability of the foam with which the problems of the prior art are solved and the physical properties of the foam are not deteriorated.
In the process for producing a rigid polyisocyanurate foam by reacting a polyol with a polyisocyanate in the presence of a catalyst, a foaming agent and another auxiliary, as necessary, the catalyst composition for producing the rigid polyisocyanurate foam consisting of an aliphatic amine compound expressed by general formula (1) (wherein R1, R2 and R3 are each independently a 1-20C alkyl group) and a catalyst for producing polyisocyanurate foam is used as the catalyst.
