Abstract:
To provide a filling method of a catalyst in a micro channel capable of enlarging a reaction surface area of fuel with catalyst particles and enhancing reforming effect; and to provide a reformer.
The filling method of the catalyst in the micro channel contains steps of: filling the catalyst in a channel by using water; densely filling by applying pressure to the catalyst in the channel in one direction; and drying the catalyst in the channel, and the reformer is manufactured by using this method. By uniformly densely filling particle-type catalysts in the micro channel in the reformer, the reaction surface area of fuel with the catalyst particles is enlarged and reforming effect is enhanced.
