Title:
CATALYST FOR FLUID CATALYTIC REACTION FOR SYNTHESIZING AT LEAST 2C HYDROCARBON FROM METHANE AND METHOD FOR SYNTHESIZING HYDROCARBON USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3679180
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a stable fuidizing state during usage in a fluid catalytic reaction for sythesizing 2 or more C hydrocarbon from methane by including a specific amount of an alkaline earth metal oxide, alkali metal oxide, and bonding agent, respectively.
SOLUTION: In the catalyst for fluid catalytic reaction for synthesizing 2 on more C hydrocarbon by causing methane to react with oxygen, if an alkaline earth metal oxide is taken to be A component, an alkali metal oxide to be B component, and a bonding agent to be C component, adjustment is made so that content of A component is 50-94wt.%, content of B component 1-15wt.%, and C component 5-45wt.%. The catalyst is in the form of powder and bulk specific gravity is 0.4-1.2g/ml, specific surface area 0-20m2/g, pore volume 0.0-0.2ml/g, abrasion resistance 0.0-1.3wt.%/hr, average particle diameter 30-200μm, preferably 30-150μm.
