Abstract:
To provide a catalyst laying nozzle that improves the working environment when laying solid catalyst on the shelves of a gas reaction apparatus through a transport hose, and can facilitate the prolonged operation of the apparatus.SOLUTION: A catalyst laying nozzle 101 includes: a roughly cylindrically lidded body 101A having a discharge port for discharging a solid catalyst on the bottom side; a supply cylinder 70 that is mounted to the side of the body to supply the solid catalyst transported through a transport hose to the inside of the body; a dust collection cylinder 102 that is mounted on the lid side of the body to suck up the dust that arises inside the body during the supply of the solid catalyst, using a dust collection hose; and a baffle board 102A that is disposed inside the body to prevent the solid catalyst, supplied from the side of the body, from being sucked into the dust collection cylinder on the lid side, ensuring that the solid catalyst is directed toward the discharge port side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
