Abstract:
To provide a catalyst which can cause reaction of carbon monoxide with hydrogen in a slurry bed manner to produce hydrocarbon containing propane or butane as the main component, that is liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and moreover which is scarcely deteriorated with the lapse of time.
The catalyst for liquefied petroleum gas production contains a Cu-Zn based methanol synthesis catalyst and a -zeolite carrying Pd as well as one or more of Cu, Cr, Mn and Fe.
