Abstract:
To provide a catalytic combustion type gas sensor for sensing an alcohol or DME with high sensitivity from a low to high concentration.
The catalytic combustion type gas sensor has a heating control device having a bridge circuit, which has a bridge circuit formed of a detection element wherein a conductive coil is covered with a combustion catalyst, a compensation element obtained by coating the conductive coil with the combustion catalyst and a bridge resistor and holding the detection element and the compensation element to a predetermined temperature within a range of 250-350°C and the adsorbent arranged to the flow channel for introducing a specimen gas into the compensation element to adsorb alcohol and/or dimethyl either.
