This catalytic converter comprises a catalyst carrier 21 on which the catalyst is carried and allowing exhaust gases to pass therethrough to eliminate harmful components in the exhaust gases and a rotatingly drive part 31 circumferentially rotating the catalyst carrier 21 around a rotating shaft 32 along the flowing direction of the exhaust gases.
