The surface specific gravity of the intermediate member, when the intermediate member is wound around the carrier by one circle, is set smaller than a surface specific gravity capable of securing a predetermined bearing pressure in a crossover range of a clearance between the outer cylinder and the carrier, and the intermediate member is interposed between the outer cylinder and the carrier so that at least parts are overlapped like a layer in response to the side of the clearance formed between the outer cylinder and the carrier.
