Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a catalyzer of the nano level through a dry process.SOLUTION: The provided manufacturing apparatus of a core-shell nano structure comprises: a sputtering unit for forming, following the provision of multiple nanoparticles as core portions, shell portions of the nano order on surfaces of the core portions by sputtering; and a dispersion unit for dispersing the multiple nanoparticles within the sputtering unit. The dispersion unit includes at least any one of a back sputtering unit for back-sputtering the multiple nanoparticles, an indirect heating unit for indirectly heating the multiple nanoparticles, and a dielectrophoresis unit for inducing the dielectrophoresis of the multiple nanoparticles.
