PURPOSE: To reduce the number of processes for manufacture by the division into the upper and lower hulls which are equipped with the upper and lower parts of the right and left sponsons and the upper and lower parts of a center hull by the part where the hull is most bulged out, in a catamaran having a pair of sponsons on the both sides of the center hull.
CONSTITUTION: The hull 1 of a catamaran made of the synthetic resin such as FRP as a whole is equipped with a center hull 2 arranged at the center and the right and left sponsons 3 in pairs arranged in parallel so as to be opposed, keeping a space between the both sides of the center hull 2. In this case, the hull 1 is vertically divided by a gunnel where the center hull 2 bulges out most, and also the sponson 3 is vertically divided bn the most bulged gunnel 14. The upper part hull 1a is formed by integrally forming the upper parts 3a of the right and left sponsons 3 and the upper part 2a of the center hull 2, and also the lower part hull 1b is formed by integrally forming the lower parts 3b of the right and left sponsons 3 and the lower part 2b of the center hull 2.
