To provide a catch fork which can be used by a physically weak person as free motion and counteroffensive of a captured person are prevented by pinching and catching the person.

A capturing pinch is formed with a curved fixing arm provided at an end of a support rod consisting of a cylinder body and a movable arm paired with the fixing arm is formed to be rotatable by being always energized in a closing direction and to maintain an open state resisting the energizing force. The catch fork is formed by providing an operation means for operating the movable arm at an end side of the supporting rod with the capturing pinch at the other end. With this catch fork, the person to be caught is aimed at and pressed by the opened capturing pinch and pinching the person by operating the capturing pinch with the operating means so that the catch fork is made not to be taken away from a body of the person.
