To provide a catching prevention mechanism of a vacuum cleaner, with which the vacuum cleaner is allowed to move easily even if the vacuum cleaner abuts on a corner place.
The catching prevention mechanism of the vacuum cleaner is composed of rollers which are provided on the front parts or side parts of the vacuum cleaner to prevent the vacuum cleaner from abutting on and being caught by the corner place or obstacle during moving. The rollers 1 are provided at parts of the vacuum cleaner, which are apt to abut on the corner place, in particular on the front parts or side parts. The roller 1 may be provided integrally with the main body of the vacuum cleaner in a manufacturing process, or may be in the form of an attachment which is attached later. The roller 1 includes at least one rotator, and preferably, includes upper and lower rotator.
