Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently maintain the temp. of the cooked food in a hot storage housing without drying the food.
CONSTITUTION: An aluminum alloy sheet formed with and anodized film of ≥20 micron thickness as its surface material is disposed on the side wall surface in the housing internally provided with an electric heater. The cooked food in the hot storage housing is heated by utilizing the radiation heat generated from this anodized film layer (aluminum oxide).
