Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid exchange type catheter requiring no avoidance operation to release a ruminal cannula from the stent even if the ruminal cannula at a distal end of a catheter is caught with a stent.SOLUTION: A catheter 500 includes a ruminal cannula 310 at a distal end thereof into which a guide wire 200 is penetrated and a working ruminal cannula. The ruminal cannula is formed with a ruminal cannula forming part. At least one opening of the ruminal cannula facing a proximal end of the catheter is deformable in a circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
