Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathode electrode material which is an electrode material widely usable for electrolytic collection of metal, is easily maintainable and is capable of manufacturing well deposited metal when viewed in terms of properties and shapes.
SOLUTION: The cathode electrode material, which is a cathode electrode material used for electrolytic deposition of the metal, in which a cathode electrode consists of titanium and which has a ceramic layer on the surface to be electrolytically deposited with the metal, is used. Further, this cathode electrode material is applied to the cathode used in manufacturing the electrolytic copper foil, by which the electrolytic copper foil having excellent quality may be obtained.
