Abstract:
To provide a cathode structure capable of improving reliability.SOLUTION: The cathode structure includes: a cathode base having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; a tubular member having a first opening end fixed to the second surface and a second opening end opposite to the first opening end; a heater housed in the tubular member; and an embedding material fixing the heater in the tubular member.
