PURPOSE: To broadcast skipping to a specific program, by providing a key switch to instruct that autience is not allowed to look and listen previously designated channel and preventing program is set as impossible to look and listen from broadcasting.

CONSTITUTION: In the condition of a key switch 15 "ON", that is, in case that instruction to carry out parental control is given to MPU11, MPU11 compares the currently receiving program restored from the second signal shown in the figure with the previously designated, e.g., not recommendable to children, program code. In case that a result of comparison thereof coincide to such a program code as corresponding to an educational program recommendable to children is requested. Instructions to select channels corresponding to the requested program are informed to a tuning circuit 17 to control the first dispatch channel 4 and to make a mixer 3 select a channel corresponding to the said program code.
