Abstract:
PURPOSE: To diversify the expression of picture by using a picture display circuit in a CATV terminal equipment (equipped with a function of preparing picture making a given place transparent and a superimpose function)
CONSTITUTION: In the CATV system connecting the center and each terminal equipment, the center transmits a video signal 11 transforming plural video signals into one n-divided screen. Each terminal equipment prepares screens 18-21 superimposing pictures 13-16 prepared inside the terminal and the n-divided video screen 11 by a screen display circuit with the picture preparing function making a given place transparent and the superimposing function at the screen display.
