Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caulking punch for fitting snap fasteners capable of preventing poor fit and poor caulking of female/male snaps and eventually thinning the female/male snaps, and fitting machine.SOLUTION: The caulking punch for fitting snap fasteners includes: a conical part 13 in which an apical surface 12 of a columnar shaft 11 coming into contact with a tip of a projection 1a of a rivet member, is formed at a center; and an annular projection 14 that is formed around the conical part 13 and surrounds the conical part 13. An inner peripheral surface of the annular projection 14 is formed into a tapered surface enlarging from a base end of the annular projection 14 towards the tip end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
