To provide a caulking roller and flanged sintered pulley processed by a caulking roller which enable one to obtain a high flanged pressure output and a slacking torque of the flange and to widen the controlling width of the caulking volume.

A flanged sintering pulley 10 processed by caulking an annular flange 30 to a sintering cam pulley body 20 which comprises an annular flanged salient portion 20d in the axial direction at the end portion, an internal peripheral surface of the annular flange 30 which is fitted into a step portion 20e of the sintering cam pulley body 20 where a step portion 20e is formed in the outer diameter side of this annular salient portion 20d, and by a caulking roller 90 with which No.1 conical surface 90a having a bigger angle A and No.2 conical surface 90b having a smaller angle B consecutively to No.1 conical surface 90a in the peripheral surface are formed, the top end portion of the salient portion 20d is deformed plastically from the inner diameter side of the salient portion 20d to the outer diameter side and the annular flange 30 is processed by caulking the sintering cam pulley body 20.
