Abstract:
To provide caulking structure and a caulking method of a sheet metal, in which an abnormal noise can be prevented from occurring.
A weak section 5 is formed in a claw 3 to caulk the sheet metal 1. At least part of the claw 3 is cut into a counter-bore for claw cutting of a die-cast 2 almost in V shape by the weak section 5 while being plastically deformed to improve the stiffness strength by draw effect of the claw 3.
