To provide a caulking structure capable of improving connection strength in both an axial direction and a circumferential direction.SOLUTION: A second attaching portion 31 of a second member 30 includes: a first fitting portion 32 and a second fitting portion 33; a rotation suppressing portion 34 formed with a projecting portion 34a and a recessed portion; a first groove portion 35 formed over the whole circumference of the second attaching portion 31 between the first fitting portion and the rotation suppressing portion 34; and a second groove portion 36 formed over the whole circumference of the second attaching portion 31 between the second fitting portion and the rotation suppressing portion 34. An outer diameter of the rotation suppressing portion 34 is formed to be smaller than or equal to outer diameters of the respective fitting portions 32 and 33. While the second attaching portion 31 is fitted with a first attaching portion 21 of a first member 20, an outer peripheral surface of the first attaching portion 21 is plastically deformed and recessed, thereby deforming forming material of the first attaching portion 21 so as to follow the surfaces of respective parts 34 to 36. An integral caulking portion 22 to the respective parts 34 to 36 is formed by the forming material. The plurality of caulking portions 22 is disposed in a circumferential direction of the first attaching portion 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
