Abstract:
To prevent significant fluctuation of a contact resistance value even if electric conduction of heavy-current is performed between a caulking bolt made of iron and a fitted component with use of a metal having a thermal expansion coefficient greater than that of iron.SOLUTION: A caulking structure, in which a caulking bolt 10 made of iron comprising serration 14 is caulked and fitted to a fitted component, is so configured that the caulking bolt made of iron having serration, in which an irregularity is formed by repeating portions having a cross section of a substantially triangular shape or a circular shape, is caulked and fitted to the fitted component made of a metal having a thermal expansion coefficient greater than that of iron.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
