PURPOSE: To establish the input coefficient type filters having various performances easily, by constituting the filter with the input section providing the resistors having a given resistance value depending on the coefficient and having the branch with the film resistor consisting of high specific resistor components, and with the meandering channel type CCD integrators.

CONSTITUTION: When an input signal is inputted to the terminals SG1 and SG2, the voltages ei and ei' depending on the resistance value determined with the length and shape of the resistors R and R' are appeared at the taps Ai and Ai' placed on the polycrystal silicon resistors R and R'. This voltage is weighted with the weighting coefficient Ki to the input signal Vin. The voltages ei and ei' are fed to the gate electrode G', charge is fed from the source S, and the charge is meandered and trasferred to the output with the transfer mode voltage fed to the transfer electrodes T10A, T10B, T11A and T11B of the MCCD integrators 10 and 11. The differential amplifier A amplifies the difference of the output voltages of the integrators 10 and 11, constituting the input coefficient type filter having the weighted coefficient AKi for the input signal. By changing the position of the taps of polycrystal silicon resistors, various performances of the filter can easily be obtained.
