PURPOSE: To provide a CD package for a supplement to a book facilitating the setting of a supplement CD to a book on a manufacturing side and simply taking out of the book on a consumer side and usable as a keeping case if a setting package is cut off.

CONSTITUTION: Paper is subjected to Thomson processing on a manufacturing side to produce pasteboard 1. A CD is held to the pasteboard 4 by flaps 2,3 and the pasteboard 4 is bent along a trough folding line 4 to be bonded to adhesive coated parts 5, 6. The whole is kept in a book on the side of the edge part 7 of the book (or on the side of the edge part 8 of the book corresponding to the shape of a book). A consumer draws the end of a double perforation 9 to release the pasteboard 1 from the book to cut off the same from a perforation 10 and the cut-off pasteboard is folded along fold processing parts 11, 12 to be used as a supplement CD housing case. By printing a title, the case has the function of the advertisement of the CD at the time of the binding of the book and develops the function of the title at the time of keeping to be utilized effectively. In the case of a CD case for two CDs, the CDs are hooked with a stopper to be fixed at the time of the setting of a book and flaps are inserted in a slit at the time of keeping.
