PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the scale of a transmitting circuit by transmitting control data at the communication wait time and communication start time of a TDD band device over only the control channel of an FDD band.
SOLUTION: An FDD band device 101 spreads pilot data 106 by a pilot channel 105 through a spreading circuit 108 with a spread code 1107, multiplies the data by weight 109, and outputs the result. A control channel 110 spreads and outputs control data 111 with a spread code 2112. Data of respective channels are multiplexed by a multiplexing circuit 120 and transmitted from a radio transmission part 121 and an antenna 104. The TDD band device 102, on the other hand, transmits the control data at the communication wait time and communication start time over only the control channel of the FDD band although a pilot channel 122 and a communication channel 127 operate similarly. Consequently, the circuit scale of the transmitting circuit is decreased and interference at the time of control channel presence is reduced.
