Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide CDMA reception equipment which can deal with the data service type and the system conditions flexibly and efficiently, and can deal with the processings of power control to which realtime nature is required and diversity control, without any problem.
SOLUTION: CDMA signals inputted to a memory (for reception signals) 1 are respectively searched at searcher units 21, 31, and 41 of each reception processing block to be distributed to each reception processing block for each service. Voice and low-speed data are demodulated immediately at a finger unit (for data field) 43 and a finger unit (for control field) 42, and are RAKE- synthesized at RAKE-synthesis units 44 and 45. As for packet data and high- speed data, their data fields are stored in memories (for data fields) 24 and 34, and are demodulated step by step at finger units (for data field) 25 and 35, based on path information stored in memories (for path information) 23 and 33.
