Abstract:
The present invention provides a coupling and releasing device for bridge type conveying vehicle, which can shorten workpiece assembling and disassembling time and keep safety by automatically coupling and releasing rails from the vehicle, also main line stop time can be shorten. The equipment has a incision section (3) arranged on the rails; movable rails (4) mounted on the incision section dischargeably; moving device (5) which moves the movable rails between the incision section mounting position and the side transverse motion position; auxiliary movable rails (6), which is arranged in same row of the movable rails, said movable rails (4) are mounted to the incision section of said rails (1) when move to the transverse motion position; lifting rails (7) connecting with said movable rails (4) moving to said transverse motion position, and loading the conveying vehicle between the movable rails (4); a lifting device (8) for lifting the lifting rails (7) between the connection position and over ground section of the movable rails.
