PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to grasp a solution easily in a short time during maintenance of a body and at the time when a trouble occurs.SOLUTION: As a two-dimensional bar code 5 is provided on a surface 4 of a louver 3, when the two-dimensional bar code 5 is read by a portable terminal 6, access destination information is displayed. When access is made to the access destination information, necessary information is displayed on the portable terminal 6. By holding the portable terminal 6 over the two-dimensional bar code 5 on the surface 4 of the louver 3, the two-dimensional bar code 5 is read, and the access destination information is displayed on the portable terminal 6. By the targeted access destination information being selected, the necessary information is displayed on the portable terminal 6. Thus, a ceiling embedded type ventilation device can be acquired which allows a user 8 to easily grasp a solution in a short time during maintenance of a body 2 and at the time when a trouble occurs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
